How to Grow ANY business using GDD (Growth Driven Design) Framework

I was introduced to Growth Driven Design framework (www.growthdrivendesign.com) by my friend Kevin Barber, founder of Lean-Labs. What I learned from Kevin changed my life. I call Kevin the 'Dan Kennedy of HubSpot'. I believe GDD framework is perfect for any web-dev agency, any funnel builder, any business growth consultant or any business coach.

GDD Framework wants you to split your revenue model in to three stages

Stage 1: 12 Hours to create a strategy
How much money could you charge your soon to be client for a day of intense work where you apply your default system and methodology to their unique circumstances and develop a bespoke, customized for them strategy & implementation blueprint?
Stage 2: 12 Weeks to Implementation
Now that you know what you will be doing, how long it will take and what value your new client will get out of your work, how much money could you charge you for creation, implementation & delivery? What should be your fee for a 90 day production cycle?
Stage 3: 12 Months to Optimize & Iterate
Don't just leave them now that you have delivered what you promised. They still need help. They need you to manage and maintain your deliverables and help them get value. What can you charge them each month to stay in their life and help them manage their life?

#1 Rule of GDD: Speak the TRUTH, no matter what the consequences

GDD framework depends on your ability to build and sustain a long term, multi-year, mutually profitable relationship with your clients. You become their trusted partner and advisor. You become an income producing asset. You become the 'soul' of their business growth engine. You become their partner in success. And all of this works ONLY if both parties are 100% willing to trust each other, fully engaged in the relationship and do 'everything' together. 

This does not work unless 'lying, cheating and stealing' is out. This does not work if you are selling to 'move on'. You got to sell to 'move in'. You are selling them in to a long term relationship. You expect them to become compliant clients who pay, stay and refer. You don't want to be just friendly, you want them to become their friends. You want them to go from handshake to high-five to hugs.

This is only possible when there is a 100% transparency, open and overt exchange of all data and all information is shared with everyone in real time. When you speak the truth 100% of the time, you get permission to speak freely and everyone becomes part of a solution when a problem appears.
